Ball Ventures is a commercial real estate and private equity company based in Idaho Falls, Idaho. We own and manage a real estate portfolio spanning 16 states that includes office, retail, medical, hospitality, industrial, multifamily and student housing. We also have a private equity platform invested in various industries including auto dealerships, midstream oil, energy, private funds, and other operating companies. Administrative Assistant

Ball Ventures is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the construction and leasing teams. The successful candidate will perform various administrative tasks and assist in the management of leasing and construction projects.

Typical Job Functions

  • Manage and organize project documents
  • Follow up with clients and vendors
  • Prepare presentation materials as requested
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars to ensure deadlines are met
  • Prepare communications, such as emails and reports
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a real estate or construction management field or an equivalent combination of education plus experience
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Effective time management skills, and an ability to recognize and respond to time sensitive issues and tasks
  • Ability to work independently and productively in a fast paced, challenging environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat and accounting software
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
