Rick Bozzelli

Rick Bozzelli began serving as the Interim CEO of Ball Ventures in April 2024. He brings nearly four decades of executive leadership experience in banking, private equity, information services, manufacturing, energy, and real estate. 

Prior to Rick’s retirement from TAB Bank, where he served as Chairman, President & CEO, he was CFO and Treasurer of FJ Management (FJM), a family-owned conglomerate, comprised of investments in multiple industry sectors. This includes serving as CFO and Treasurer of EBSCO Industries,  Inc. , a family-owned international conglomerate comprised of investments in diversified industries, and prior positions as Co-Founder of Capstone Capital and Co-Founder, Executive Vice President, and CFO of Ally/JH Berry Insurance Agency.

Originally from Philadelphia, Rick earned his Bachelor of Science from The University of Alabama, completed the Master’s in International Tax Program at New York University and the Executive in Residence Program at Birmingham Southern College.

Rick serves on the board of directors of various charities, several privately held family-owned enterprises and various Private Equity investment committees.
