Ball Ventures is a commercial real estate and private equity company based in Idaho Falls, Idaho. We own and manage a real estate portfolio spanning 16 states that includes office, retail, medical, hospitality, industrial, multifamily and student housing. We also have a private equity platform invested in various industries including auto dealerships, midstream oil, energy, private funds, and other operating companies.
