Ball Ventures is a privately held real estate investment, lending and development company with a proven track record of successful real estate ventures. We have involvement with over 70 projects in 11 states and are currently seeking additional acquisition, lending and development opportunities that will further enhance our investment portfolio.
Acquisition Criteria
| Property Type: |
Retail - Preference given to grocery anchored or grocery anchored shadow space.
Properties with value add opportunity, vacant pads or development opportunities will be considered.
Hotel - Preference given to limited service and focused service hotel brands in the upscale mid-priced market franchised with Hilton, Marriott and ICH with 75 - 150 keys.
We will also consider management opportunities in preferred or alternate markets. |

Willing and able to assume existing financing. |

Willing to purchase existing notes secured by retail or hotel property. |
